Last Concert

Bill played his last concert this weekend, I can feel the emotions looking at the pictures.
He is missed.


I did not realise it, but the Steelers are playing in the superbowl and for "da boyz" I want them to win (after all, it's unlikely Green Bay will get anywhere...)

Balance

Well, the news of Bill's departure still is bothering me, but I feel a little bit better about it, it was good to know him. He will be missed most dearly, but life goes on and I wish him and his family good life and health.

That aside, I have come to the realisation I need to upgrade my moonfruit site, I was going to do things weekly, but now I havent done anything for several months. you can find it at http://www.savedbygracechick.moonfruit.net I am going to add the following new gigs in and some more comments and pictures, feel free to post on my messageboard.
The site is a fansite for Saved By Grace from milwaukee and as I have said, Apx and SBG are the 2 bands I follow very closely.

It's been announced recently that Apx has a Nov. concert in Green Bay at the Cup O' Joy.
I am hesitant to go this year because of the number of people that storm the poor guys.
They recently released a new DVD and CD and in it, the passion that the fans have I have never seen anywhere else. I fear they might need body guards soon...

Also been announced recently SBG is going to be in Green Bay at the Cup next weekend on the 4th of Feb. They will be also at the Spirit Zone in Oshkosh on Mar. 11 and on June 3-4.

Sad news

Bill Rieger of Apologetix has decided to retire. It was posted today officially in their newsletter.
There was some illness going on and in October he decided to take some time off, that worked so well that he decided to retire. He will be back to play a few shows, but that's all folks.
Then Jimmy Tanner from 10.10 (along with Hubauer) will be the official drummer.


I remember when I last saw Bill, it was in July a week after lifest, and we had brought a vegan dinner to the boys, it was a lot of work, Karl had me stand at his side and wait on him, but afterwards, I was able to talk to Bill. I like him, he's a lot of fun...I remember how it was at Lifest when I truly saw him last, he was so fun.
I will get over it, but for now it hurts...
